Privacy policy
Redline is an exam revision app for anaesthesia trainees, made by Wagtail Medical in Perth, Western Australia. This policy covers the Redline app and this website.
The short version
Redline does not collect any personal information. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Everything you do in the app stays on your device. If you buy full access, Google Play handles the payment.
What stays on your device
The app keeps your drawings while you work, your marks, which diagrams you have studied, and your settings, such as gas units and the exam filter. They are stored only in the app's own storage on your device and are never sent to us.
They are deleted when you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
What leaves your device
Your drawings, marks and progress never leave your device. Apart from checking your purchase with Google Play, this version of Redline works offline and does not send anything over the internet. It does not use your camera, microphone, location, contacts or files.
Buying full access
Payments are handled by Google Play under Google's own privacy policy, and we never see your card details. Google gives us a record of each order, such as the order number, product, price and country, which we keep for our accounts and tax records. The app asks Google Play, on your device, whether you own full access.
This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking scripts. Like any website, its host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security.
Children
Redline is made for doctors training in anaesthesia. It is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If a later version adds a feature that sends anything off your device, such as optional AI marking of drawings, we will update this policy before that version is released. It will say exactly what is sent, where it goes and why. The date at the top shows when the policy last changed.
